The in-house arched frame service, part of Sheerline’s specialist product division, brings advanced bending technology and expert manufacturing together to deliver fully fabricated aluminium frames, including arched, curved, and round designs, straight to the trade.
At the heart of the service is Sheerline Bespoke’s advanced TIM-ING profile bending machine, one of the most precise and capable aluminium bending machines in the world. Backed by a skilled team, it enables fast turnaround of highly accurate, thermally efficient and aesthetically striking arched frames.
No complications
Until now, many fabricators and installers have had to turn down projects involving shaped aluminium frames, due to the investment, time, and expertise required to produce them. Chris Cooke, Commercial Director at Sheerline Bespoke, understands the frustration.
