Thermlock® multi-chamber technology, built into the eaves beams, ridges and rafters across the S1, S2 and S3 systems, already reduces cold bridging and stabilises surface temperatures. SheerVent® adds the active airflow layer that completes a high-performance roof specification.
It integrates directly into the roof system, maintaining both thermal integrity and visual consistency. Unlike traditional roof vents, SheerVent®:
- Uses the same 24 or 28mm glazing specification as the surrounding roof
- Eliminates muntin bars to reduce the risk of water ingress
- Provides automation such as wired actuators and weather sensors
- Sits flush within the roofline for a clean external appearance
- Provides a real and substantial means of purge ventilation
The result is a vent that performs as part of the system, not as an afterthought and SheerVent® is available in a minimum size of 600mm x 550mm and a maximum of 1000mm x 1760 mm, with standard and custom RAL colours.
